Bookings & cancellations
Bookings are confirmed on receipt of a refundable deposit. Cancellations more than 24 hours before the engagement receive a full refund.
Conduct & discretion
Both parties are expected to maintain confidentiality. Photography, recording or sharing details of an engagement without written consent is prohibited.
Governing law
Governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai.
